- Contract signing We agree on scope, timeline and confidentiality terms.

How are audit fees calculated?
Fees depend on revenue and asset size, the number of subordinate units, the condition of the accounting records and the report deadline. AUD sends a fee proposal after the initial discussion.
How long does a financial statement audit take?
It depends on the size of the business and how ready the records are; the schedule is agreed in the contract.
What documents does a business need to prepare?
Financial statements, accounting books, source documents, major contracts and tax records. The auditor sends a detailed list after the contract is signed.
Is business information kept confidential?
Client confidentiality is a mandatory principle of professional ethics for auditors and is written into the contract.
Does AUD serve businesses outside Da Nang?
Yes. AUD has offices in Da Nang, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
